This handmade ceramic chessboard is dedicated to the great protagonists of any table worthy of the name: Gorgonzola, Parmesan, Ricotta, Pecorino, Emmental, and Brie, lined up on a chessboard as never seen before. The pieces are ceramic cheese sculptures, distinguished by shape and color, to be ideally — at least mentally — accompanied by jams, mustards, and of course, pears. Each piece is individually modeled, with its appealing and unrepeatable imperfection.

Hand-modeled in the Wasetti laboratory in Mirandola (MO), without molds or production lines. Each chessboard is created individually, from modeling to glazing: imperfect, vibrant, unaware of itself — exactly as it should be.

White ceramic decorated and vitrified with transparent glaze. Dimensions: approximately 30×30 cm. Each piece is unique: expressions and nuances vary and can never be identical.
